How to get there?
Portal das Artes is located in the town of Diogo in Mata de São João which is located at Km 68 of Linha Verde – BA 099 – North Coast of Bahia.
We are 70km from Salvador international airport. To get here it is necessary to go towards Linha Verde/Estrada do Coco/Praia do Forte.
Arriving in Diogo, our space is 1km from the entrance on BA-099. You can walk here (20-30 min) or take a motorcycle taxi, which is located opposite the arrivals on BA-099.
By bus/van:
Although Diogo is located in Mata de São João, it is important to look for buses to the north coast and not to Mata de São João. Buses and vans run until 6 pm. There are buses and vans leaving from the airport, Shopping Iguatemi or the bus station. Take the North Coast direction or any other car towards Porto de Sauipe. Those coming from the airport should take the free metro bus, then take the metro and get off at Mussurunga station. From there take the white line van and get off at Diogo’s second entrance. For those coming from the bus station, find the Expresso Linha Verde booth (companhia lis). Ask the driver to stop at Diogo’s second entrance.
Special taxi:
Special taxi cooperatives that work at Salvador Airport operate with the same rate for locations along the North Coast. For races contracted at the airport, the table indicates, for Praia do Forte, R$300. R$ 350 for Imbassaí. R$ 400 for Costa do Sauípe. — Comts and Coometas — give a discount (in low season, it goes up to 20%) on races scheduled/negotiated by the websites.
